Getting Help

How do I request that the library borrow an article from another library?

I am using the Education Research Complete database and some of the articles I would like to read do not have the option of viewing the full text on the left side of the screen; instead they say "borrow from other libraries". When I click on this it sends me to a new page and when I click submit request it says that there is a problem with the website's security certificate. I am trying to request "Classroom Climate" at this web address
and "The effects of different learning environments on students' motivation for learning and their achievement" from this address
I would really appreciate your help.

Hello, Lauren.

I don't know why you're getting such a message. The "Submit" link should take you to the "Borrow from Other Libraries" page, which prompts you for a UserID and password. If you haven't used this service before, be sure to click "First Time Users Click Here" and establish a free account. It takes only a minute or so. I suggest that you try requesting the articles again, and if you still have diffficulties, please contact me at or 773-298-3355.

All the best.
