The library does not have ANSI standards online. Standards generally require a purchase, but many organizations and agencies issuing standards offer a lot of information free on their websites. Please see the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) website at http://web.ansi.org/, and a search engine for standards at http://www.nssn.org/
Searching databases can also provide information on standards. For example, searching EBSCO Academic Search Complete and Business Source Complete databases for CO "AMERICAN National Standards Institute" and eyeglasses will lead to the discussion of standards within the article and provide the standard number.
