I'm trying to format a paper according to APA guidelines. How do I insert a header and a page number on the same line?
When the student inserts a header on the left side of the page and then inserts a page number on the right side of the page, the header disappears.

Here's the trick: insert the header on the left side of the page, and then insert the page number a space or two after the header. Then scoot the page number over to the right side of the page using the space bar.
