Q. How do I request that the library borrow an article from another library?

I am using the Education Research Complete database and some of the articles I would like to read do not have the option of viewing the full text on the left side of the screen; instead they say "borrow from other libraries". When I click on this it sends me to a new page and when I click submit request it says that there is a problem with the website's security certificate. I am trying to request "Classroom Climate" at this web address http://web.ebscohost.com.ezp.sxu.edu/ehost/detail?sid=c6a2308b-e9d7-4498-b64d-e6a7e663af2c%40sessionmgr14&vid=1&hid=18&bdata=JnNpdGU9ZWhvc3QtbGl2ZSZzY29wZT1zaXRl#db=ehh&AN=5742643
and "The effects of different learning environments on students' motivation for learning and their achievement" from this address http://web.ebscohost.com.ezp.sxu.edu/ehost/detail?sid=fa718bb3-b2cc-4bb8-a471-b1dd02754b86%40sessionmgr198&vid=1&hid=121&bdata=JnNpdGU9ZWhvc3QtbGl2ZSZzY29wZT1zaXRl#db=ehh&AN=88903333
I would really appreciate your help.

Hello, Lauren.

I don't know why you're getting such a message. The "Submit" link should take you to the "Borrow from Other Libraries" page, which prompts you for a UserID and password. If you haven't used this service before, be sure to click "First Time Users Click Here" and establish a free account. It takes only a minute or so. I suggest that you try requesting the articles again, and if you still have diffficulties, please contact me at kohut@sxu.edu or 773-298-3355.

All the best.
