Out-of-state loan policies

Hello,

Please forward this on to your interlibrary loan staff.

I handle Interlibrary loan for the Lake Agassiz Regional Library system
based in Moorhead, MN. I have a patron who is interested in borrowing
an item that is in your catalog. Do you lend items out of state? If so,
do you charge a fee? Are there any other interlibrary loan policies of
which I should be aware? We are unable to request items via OCLC, but we
are willing to fax/email an ALA form.

Item my patron is interested in:

Title: A woman's journal: Helping women recover
Author: Covington, Stephanie S.
Call No: HV4999 .W65 C68 2008
ISBN: 9780787988722

Thank you for your time.
-Nicole Murphy
