Q. lost item fees

Hello,

I am a faculty member at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I checked out a book from your library through I-Share. The book was overdue and I got charged a lost item processing fee. I have since returned the book, however that fee still remains on my account, which is blocking my University of Illinois library account, and keeping me from checking out other materials. If you could take that fee off my account, I would be greatly appreciative.
