Q. technical problems getting full-text

Dear library folks,

I'm having trouble accessing the full-text of this article:

Zetter, Roger. 2007. "More Labels, Fewer Refugees: Remaking the Refugee Label in an Era of Globalization". Journal of Refugee Studies. 20 (2): 172-192.

When I attempt to do so, I get this error message:

To allow http://openurl.ebscohost.com/linksvc/linking.aspx?authtype=cookie,ip,athens&issn=0951-6328&volume=20&issue=2&date=2007&atitle=More+Labels%2C+Fewer+Refugees+Remaking+the+Refugee+Label+in+an+Era+of+Globalization&spage=172&aulast=zetter&db=sih to be used in a starting point URL, your EZproxy administrator must first authorize the hostname of this URL in the config.txt file.

Within this database's section of config.txt, either the following line must be added:

Host openurl.ebscohost.com

or, alternatively, a RedirectSafe<http://www.oclc.org/support/documentation/ezproxy/cfg/redirectsafe/> for this host or domain may be appropriate.

After editing config.txt, the EZproxy server must be restarted to make changes take effect.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for all your help, always!

I just tested this and the article request link works correctly for me. I came through the library using the Multiple Database Search Tool and then found the record. Since we do not have a fulltext copy as part of our packages, you then use the Borrow From Other Libraries link to requesta  copy. (This is a new product, so you will be prompted for your password the first time - even if you had a previous ILLiad account.) The request form will then be populated and you can submit the request.

Please let me know if this does not work on your workstation.
