The instructor most likely meant JSTOR database that we subscribe to and it has scholarly articles in humanities, social sciences and sciences. Select the database from the list on our site at http://lib.sxu.edu/database. Type "immigration policy" Obama. I would recommend though to start with the Academic Search Complete database that has more up to date articles in full-text. Type the same keywords and phrase as before.
