I need a copy of video "Destiny" by Chahine. How can I request it?

The movie produced in 1999 is in I-Share(VHS) but only one library accepted the request for interlibrary loan. Other schools do not circulate the copy. Tried locating the movie on Films on Demand yet it was not available. We did identify two films on Averroes, which was the topic of the "Destiny" movie.
