You can find scholarly articles on this topic using three main tools:

- Academic Search Complete which covers 800 core journals
- PsycINFO which covers in-depth psychology journals
- Scopus which covers over 5000 additional journals
You would search for your terms and matching journal articles would be listed. I am not sure that "four principles of bioethics" is a universally used phrase, but you could try entering that. If not, just enter principles and bioethics.
You would then restrict your results to Scholarly Articles using the column on the left (to remove Popular Magazines, Book Reviews, etc.)
