Q. I am being prompted for a password when I ask for full text materials using Borrow From Other Libraries.


You can access all the Library's electronic resources from off campus if you have a current faculty/staff/student SXU netID and password. You will be prompted to type in your netID and password when you click on a database or full text article link.

Log into mySXU before you start using library resources, and our single-sign-on will update your passwords.

Changed your password and now being denied access?

Clear the cache/memory in your browser. This will allow you to replace and save the new password.

The Hub is the first point of contact for technology assistance. Support is available during business hours, and trained staff can help with your campus computer, printer, network connections and access questions.

Students can put in a HUB request for a Cougar Card or visit hubchat.sxu.edu for real time assistance from 8am-5pm daily, Monday - Friday.
